Florida, the USA's gateway to Latin America, is a diverse and unique state. With some of the most famous theme parks in the world its no wonder that most visitors to the sunshine state only head to Orlando. However, staying within the realm of Disney would be a mistake with amazing cities like Miami and Key West right within reach.

Orlando: The home of the world famous Disney World theme parks and resorts, many people spend a week or two in this city without ever leaving the land of Mickey Mouse. While Disney World may be one of the happiest places on Earth, there are also days where the crowds can be a bit much and its nice to get away and explore what the rest of the city has to offer.

Fly high on the roller coasters at Universal Studios. Connect with nature while still having fun at Discovery Cove. Catch a famous Cirque du Soleil show in Downtown Disney.

Miami: Known for its exciting parties and young crowd, Miami is the exciting heart of Florida. With its famous Cuban influences in Little Havana and interesting, yet beautiful, art deco architecture in South Beach, Miami still has plenty to explore for when the clubs and bars have closed for the day.
  • What to do: Visit the Everglades to see the alligator filled waters. Smoke a cigar and grab a famous sandwich in Little Havana. Soak up the sun at the beach. Catch a Miami Heat game for some exciting sporting experience. Take in all of the art deco fun that is Miami Beach.
